Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) completed the divestment of 31 Penjuru Lane in Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange late Tuesday.
Shares of the trust were up nearly 1% in recent trading.
Following the divestment, the trust's portfolio now stands at 177 properties with a total value of assets under management at SG$13.3 billion.
