Capital、明德资本及乾隆财富(统称为“卖方”)订立股份出售协议，据此，罕王黄金已同意收购，而卖方已同意出售罕王澳洲合计6%的股本，总对价为252万澳元。对价将通过分配及发行罕王黄金6%股本的方式来结算。
