智通财经APP讯，越疆(02432)发布公告，于2025年7月15日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，本公司已同意委任配售代理，而配售代理已同意按个别(而非共同或共同及个别)基准担任本公司的代理，按竭尽所能基准促使认购人根据配售协议所载条款及条件按配售价认购合共1910万股新H股。
配售股份占本公司于本公告日期的已发行股本约4.73%及占本公司经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约4.51%(假设由本公告日期起至配售事项完成期间，本公司的已发行股本概无变动，惟配发及发行配售股份除外)。配售价为每股H股54.3港元，较2025年7月14日及厘定配售价日期于联交所报价的收市价每股H股60.00港元折让约9.5%。
本公司自配售事项收取的所得款项总额及所得款项净额(经扣除相关费用及开支后)估计分别约为10.37亿港元及10.22亿港元，相当于每股配售股份的净发行价约53.5港元。
鉴于本集团于全球发售后的强劲业务表现以及乐观的市场前景，董事相信配售事项为一个机会，可筹集额外资金以支持本集团未来的业务发展。配售事项亦将使本公司透过引入新投资者扩阔其股东基础，并进一步巩固本集团的财务状况。
