智通财经APP获悉，英诺赛科(02577)尾盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨2.97%，报38.1港元，成交额1.02亿港元。
消息面上，据科创板日报报道，全球晶圆代工龙头台积电近期已正式证实，将在未来两年内逐步退出氮化镓（GaN）晶圆代工业务。英诺赛科董事长骆薇薇认为，氮化镓晶圆并不适合代工模式；台积电放弃GaN代工业务是行业内的差异化选择。
此外，据第一财经报道，英诺赛科透露将进一步提升8英寸晶圆产能，预计年底可从当前的每月13000片提升至20000片。而从中长期来看，该企业此前已公布五年后达到每月7万片目标，是当下水平的5倍以上。英诺赛科计划未来数年通过产能提升和产品迭代，在性能与成本两端形成相对传统硅基功率半导体的显著优势，为客户带来至多40%的性能提升和30%的成本节省。
