市场无惧特朗普“最后通牒”威胁 欧洲天然气价格小幅走低
智通财经APP注意到，由于交易商消化了美国总统特朗普的威胁，即如果俄乌不能达成和平协议，他将对俄罗斯实施经济制裁，欧洲天然气价格小幅走低。
截至发稿，欧洲天然气基准荷兰近月期货价格下跌1.1% ，至每兆瓦时35.07欧元。
此前，特朗普威胁称，如果俄罗斯不能在50天内达成结束敌对行动的协议，将对俄罗斯征收约100%的“高额关税”。
此后，基准天然气期货价格徘徊在每兆瓦时35欧元附近。目前，市场参与者认为，特朗普的施压并未对俄罗斯政府的能源出口构成实质性障碍。
白宫官员表示，这些惩罚措施可能以二级制裁或关税的形式实施，并将针对印度和中国等俄罗斯天然气供应的买家。如果实施，全球能源流动可能会收紧，使欧洲在冬季来临前建立足够天然气储备的努力变得更加困难。
50天的期限有助于缓解更为紧迫的供应问题。
上周液化天然气进口量减少
今年冬季，欧洲燃料库存降至三年来的最低水平，交易商正密切关注欧洲的囤货行动。由于亚洲高温天气刺激了当地对液化天然气的需求，近几天天然气价格上涨，有可能加剧全球对这种重要燃料的竞争。
尽管西北欧主要市场的液化天然气进口量仍高于去年水平，但上周进口量有所下降。相比之下，中国和中国台湾省的每周采购量有所回升。
