Amazon's (AMZN) cloud computing unit, Amazon Web Services, said Tuesday it will invest an additional $100 million in its AWS Generative AI Innovation Center.
The center was created by Amazon in 2023 to help customers with AI-related business initiatives, the company said in a blog post.
The additional funds will be used "to help customers pioneer this next wave" of of artificial intelligence as it evolves "toward more autonomous, agentic systems," AWS said in the blog post.
