智通财经APP讯，爱得威建设集团(06189)发布公告，香港联合交易所上市科2025年7月4日依据《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》(上市规则)第13.24条作出的决定。根据该决定，香港联合交易所认为本公司未能维持足够的业务运作及具备相当价值的资产以支持其营运(此乃《上市规则》第13.24条规定的持续上市条件)，故根据《上市规则》第6.01(3)条，贵司股份应暂停买卖。
本公司股份自2025年7月16日上午九时正起于香港联合交易所暂停买卖。
