比推消息，香港资产管理及投资服务平台德林控股集团董事局主席陈宁迪在最新采访中表示，该公司将“不遗余力”申请香港稳定币牌照，同时还称“发行稳定币相当于拥有发钞权”，因此对风险控制、技术安全保障、底层资产透明度等方面均有极高要求。一旦获批稳定币牌照，德林控股会把很多传统类的金融资产通过上链的方式，分成 RWA 的方式给买家。未来也可能会与一些大银行合作，例如托管银行，并且寻找虚拟货币数字货币交易所等合作，希望能成为第二批或第三批获批牌照的机构。
