智通财经APP获悉，中国白银集团(00815)早盘跌超10%，截至发稿，跌5.36%，报0.53港元，成交额1218.09万港元。
消息面上，中国白银集团公布，公司分别与八名认购人订立八份认购协议，拟发行合共4.6亿股认购股份，每股认购股份0.45港元，较上一日售票价每股0.56港元折让约19.64%。
公告称，认购事项净筹约2.065亿港元，约60%将用于为制造业务分部购买存货材料，约20%将用作于日喀则矿进行普查及其他勘探作业及附近其他潜在采矿机遇预期产生的资本开支，约20%将分配用作集团的一般营运资金。
