7月15日金融一线消息，云南金融监管局今日发布多则关于村镇银行变更股权的批复，同意武汉农村商业银行股份有限公司受让武汉中正房地产开发有限公司持有的文山广南长江村镇银行244.8万股股份，股权变更后，武汉农村商业银行股份有限公司持有文山广南长江村镇银行887.4万股股份，持股比例由21%增至29%。

　　同意武汉农村商业银行股份有限公司受让武汉中正房地产开发有限公司持有的文山砚山长江村镇银行240万股股份。股权变更后，武汉农村商业银行股份有限公司持有文山砚山长江村镇银行870万股股份，持股比例由21%增至29%。

　　同意武汉农村商业银行股份有限公司受让武汉中正房地产开发有限公司持有的文山丘北长江村镇银行240万股股份。股权变更后，武汉农村商业银行股份有限公司持有文山丘北长江村镇银行870万股股份，持股比例由21%增至29%。
