智通财经APP讯，千循科技(01640)公布，公司于2025年7月15日与国内知名租赁平台深圳市爱租机科技有限公司(爱租机)达成战略合作，双方将依托RWA及区块链技术，在手机及平板电脑租赁领域打造全球首个“3C 租赁资产通证化”产品。标志着公司在RWA及稳定币领域走在了前列。
公司及合作伙伴通过区块链技术搭建数据中台，将爱租机运营的租赁设备的物理状态、权属信息、租赁周期、租金收益等核心数据与链上唯一数字标识实时绑定，实现实物资产与数字权益的精准映射。并基于上述数据完成链上资产登记，生成的数字权益标识将完整反映资产的价值与收益属性。
依托千循科技“分毫云AI助手”报价模型及收益模型，数字权益分配算法将真实体现租赁资产收益。基于区块链技术，数字化权益的发行、交易、流转及收益分配等环节均具备不可篡改的可追溯性，既满足合规要求，也为专业投资者提供了透明、高效的新型资产收益管理工具，提升了传统租赁资产的流动性与价值发现能力。
本次合作的创新价值在于将实物租赁资产(主要为手机、平板电脑等3C产品)通过数字化技术转化为可交易、可管理的数字权益。通过整合构建的租赁资产全链路数字化管理体系，尤其是业务落地后，有望为公司开辟新的业务增长点，提升核心竞争力，符合公司长期发展战略，对公司未来发展具有积极意义。
