智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，7月11日，汇景控股(09968)股东将股票由香港上海汇丰银行转入建银国际证券，转仓市值1639.31万港元，占比26.00%。
同日，公司发布公告称，公司已达成全部复牌指引，已向联交所申请公司股份自2025年7月14日上午9时正起恢复买卖。
据汇景控股(09968)公布2024年年度业绩，公司收益减少74.4%至约人民币2.41亿元，母公司拥有人应占亏损约7.99亿元，同比增长14.75%；每股亏损0.15元。公告称，净亏损增长主要由于财务成本增加约人民币2.63亿元，及被其他开支减少约人民币1.79亿元部分抵销所致。
期内，交付的建筑面积由截至2023年12月31日止年度的67,038平方米减少至截至2024年12月31日止年度的31,530平方米，同比减少约53.0%，而平均售价由每平方米人民币13,563元下降至每平方米人民币6,381元，此乃由于2024年主要交付项目面积减少且单价较低所致。于2024年12月31日，该集团的土地储备约2,799,191平方米，包括18个项目及4块土地，分别位于大湾区、长三角城市群及长江中游城市群的7座城市。
