金吾财讯 | 平安证券(香港)指出，2025年以来，港股市场无论是IPO还是再融资都极为火热。Wind数据显示，2025年以来，港股市场股权融资规模已逼近3000亿港元，达到2879.82亿港元，同比大增350.56%。总体来看，港股市场今年无论是IPO规模还是再融资规模都有爆发式的增长，而IPO方面的表现更为抢眼。港股上半年共完成了42宗首次公开招股发行（IPO），合共集资额超过1070亿港元，已较去年全年多约22%，暂列全球第一。以中国资产为核心的港股低估值优势凸显，建议继续关注：1)人工智能、机器人、半导体、工业软件等新质生产力等科技板块；2)政策加力支持的创新医药板块以及具有消费属性的中医药和医疗板块；3)受益于内地无风险利率处于低位的低估红利煤炭油气及电信板块；4)估值处于较低位置的服装鞋帽及大众餐饮等消费板块。
