消息面上，中国船舶、中国重工此前发布公告，联合重组方案获得上海证券交易所并购重组审核委员会审核通过，这意味着两船合并即将进入尾声。此外，中船系近期公司发布业绩预告：中国船舶二季度归母净利润预计为16.73-19.73亿元，同比增长66%到95%；中国重工二季度归母净利润预计为9.8-12.8亿元，同比增长147%到222%；中国动力二季度归母净利润预计为4-7.5亿元，同比增长3%到94%。
浙商证券此前表示，中船集团旗下总装资产整合有望进一步加强内部协同，提升规模效应和加强精益化管理。招商证券则表示，高价订单的密集交付+原材料成本剪刀差的逻辑，均为中船系的造船股贡献了显著的利润弹性。考虑到当前中国船舶的在手订单依然饱和，高价订单正处于交付前段，后续利润弹性有望逐步放大。
