Anson Resources (ASX:ASN) said its unit Blackstone Minerals has shipped two tons of lithium-rich brine to POSCO Holdings (POSCO) in South Korea from its Green River Lithium project in the US, for test work, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The testing is part of POSCO's due diligence for a planned demonstration plant, the filing said.
Results will inform engineering design and cost estimates for the facility, targeted for completion by December, the filing added.
Shares of the company rose past 12% on market close.
