* 拟配售1,910万股新H股，相当于经扩大后之已发行股本约4.51%
* 配售价为每股H股54.3港元，较周一收市价每股60港元折让约9.5%
* 配售事项收取之所得款项总额约为10.37亿港元，将用作：(a)推进智能机器人领域之技术研究及产品创新；(b)寻求于机器人价值链及相邻领域之投资、收购及战略联盟机会；(c)扩展及深化国内外销售网络及(d)补充营运资金及作一般企业用途
