智通财经APP获悉，光伏股全线回落，截至发稿，凯盛新能(01108)跌3.73%，报4.91港元；信义光能(00968)跌3.31%，报2.92港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)跌2.51%，报10.08港元；新特能源(01799)跌0.89%，报6.65港元。
消息面上，“531”抢装潮结束后，下半年光伏行业需求转弱，产业链价格全线承压。中央财经委员会第六次会议将“无序竞争”问题提上议程，明确提出加快落后产能退出，推动行业向高质量方向发展。工信部于7月3日召集制造业重点企业召开座谈会，部领导强调要加强产品质量、提升产业结构效能，并推动行业进入有序、可持续发展通道。
国泰海通证券指出，430新政下分布式光伏量价皆不保，盈利不确定性大幅增加，过去“装好电站等收钱”的躺赚模式彻底终结。531新政出台，推动新能源全面进入市场交易，从目前新能源参与市场化交易的结算电价看，普遍较燃煤基准价大幅折价，预计新能源全面入市后结算电价或将进一步下降。该行同时指出，电价大幅下降已经成为影响新能源稳定收益的最大风险，导致原有经济性测算模型被彻底颠覆，行业收益率大幅下滑。
