Odaily星球日报讯 美国券商 Cantor Fitzgerald 正接近与比特币先驱 Adam Back 达成一项约 40 亿美元的 SPAC 交易。该交易将通过 Cantor 旗下的空白支票公司 Cantor Equity Partners 1（将更名为 BSTR Holdings）购买逾 3 万枚比特币（价值超 30 亿美元），并筹集额外 8 亿美元资金以扩大数字资产购买规模，Back 将获得该公司股份。此次合作正值美国国会“加密周”审议相关立法。
