在数字资产和Web3技术加速渗透全球产业的时代背景下，本集团始终坚定不移地看好Web3方向的长期价值与战略地位。尤其是在RWA(现实世界资产上链)、稳定币等关键赛道不断取得突破的推动下，Web3正逐步从概念走向大规模落地，成为下一轮技术革命与资产重构的核心引擎。
为进一步优化本集团业务架构，整合加密资产与Web3资源，顺应香港Web3政策带来的历史性机遇，我们宣布：成立“LK Crypto”事业部，作为集团Web3战略执行的核心平台，统筹本集团旗下所有Web3与加密资产相关业务，涵盖：本集团持有的比特币、以太坊、Solana等主流加密资产管理;本集团的参股公司加密资产管理(包括LK Venture、Marsbit、Element等 )。
通过此次架构优化，我们将在“合规、透明、长期”的原则下，持续加强在加密资产配置、Web3项目孵化、内容生态建设、国际化合作等方向的投入与执行，构建本集团层面的Web3能力中枢。
