智通财经APP获悉，周一，稀土概念股走强，延续近期涨势。截至发稿，NioCorp Development(NB.US)涨超16%，USA Rare Earth(USAR.US)涨超6.4%，MP Materials(MP.US)涨超6%。消息面上，此前美国稀土生产商MP Materials表示，美国国防部将购买公司价值4亿美元的优先股，持股比例约15%，一跃成为MP Materials的最大股东。
五角大楼提供的合作协议包括支持该公司新建工厂，以扩大稀土加工能力和磁铁生产规模，并同意以每公斤110美元的保底价采购钕镨产品。预计在未来10年的时间里，MP Materials的所有稀土磁体产品都将由国防和商业客户购买。
