智通财经APP讯，德银天下(02418)公布，于2025年7月11日，联交所已确认，公司现任联席公司秘书刘录录先生于2025年7月14日豁免届满后符合上市规则第3.28条下担任公司公司秘书的资格。因此，陈燕华女士已辞任公司联席公司秘书一职，自 2025年7月15日起生效。陈燕华女士辞任后，刘录录先生继续担任公司的公司秘书，并现由彼一人担任。
陈燕华女士于辞任联席公司秘书后，亦辞任上市规则第3.05条规定的公司授权代表。刘录录先生已取代陈燕华女士获委任为授权代表，自2025年7月15日起生效。公司现任执行董事赵鹏先生仍担任另一位授权代表。
陈燕华女士继续担任根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表。
