Consumer stocks were leaning lower pre-bell Monday as the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLP) was down 0.1% and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLY) was marginally declining recently.
Kenvue (KVUE) said its board has appointed director Kirk Perry as interim chief executive officer, starting immediately. Shares of Kenvue were up more than 6% premarket.
