智通财经APP讯，国际家居零售(01373)发布公告，相比集团截至2024年4月30日止年度的公司权益持有人应占利润为1.01亿港元，预期截至2025年4月30日止年度的公司权益持有人应占利润将减少约51%至57%。
董事会认为上述所提到的本年度的公司权益持有人应占利润减少受多重因素叠加影响。本地零售行业持续面临充满挑战和变化的市场环境，消费意欲疲弱、购买行为不断转变，加上国内电商的正面冲击。在上述因素综合作用下，集团营业收入取得同比约5.6%的下滑。
