智通财经APP讯，中国银河(06881)发布公告，根据股东授权及中国证券监督管理委员会的批复，公司已于2025年7月14日完成向专业投资者公开发行2025年科技创新公司债券(第一期)(续发行)。本期债券(续发行)的发行规模为人民币10亿元，发行价格为人民币100.460元，票面利率为1.75%。本期债券(续发行)的期限为三年，自2025年5月13日起计。本期债券(续发行)募集资金中不低于70%拟通过股权、债券、基金投资等形式专项支持科技创新领域业务，剩余部分拟用于补充流动资金以及其他符合法律法规的用途(但补充流动资金中用于融资融券、股票质押、衍生品等资本消耗型业务不得超过募集资金规模的10%)。
