Odaily星球日报讯 Metaplanet 首席执行官 Simon Gerovich 与 Sora Ventures、KCGI 等机构组成财团，将以定向增发方式收购韩国系统集成商 SGA 公司股份，进一步推动亚洲比特币储备战略。 根据监管批复，SGA 将向该财团增发逾 5800 万股普通股，筹资约 345 亿韩元（约合 2500 万美元），新股预计于 9 月 24 日上市。交易完成后，Asia Strategy Partners LLC 将成为 SGA 最大股东，SGA 管理层维持不变，控制权将转移给新投资方，新股将设一年锁定期。（Decrypt）
