智通财经APP讯，大众公用(01635)发布公告，预计公司于截至2025年6月30日止六个月未经审计的实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润为人民币3亿元到人民币4.2亿元，与截至2024年6月30日止六个月相比增加人民币1.78亿元到人民币2.98亿元，同比增加145.59%到243.82%;预计2025年半年度实现归属于母公司所有者的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为人民币2.1亿元到人民币3亿元，与截至2024年6月30日止六个月相比增加人民币1.01亿元到人民币1.91亿元，同比增加92.94%到175.63%。
2025年半年度期间，公司公用事业等主营业务保持稳定发展。公司直接和间接通过联营公司持有的金融资产因公允价值波动，导致公司业绩较上年同期有较大幅度上升。
