微信“后悔药”上线，手滑误删聊天记录可以撤销了，苹果用户先体验
快科技7月13日消息，日前，多位网友发帖称，发现微信聊天记录误删后可以撤销了，不怕手滑删错。
对此，腾讯客服表示，这是微信为了防止误操作而提供的功能。
该功能目前尚未全面开放，iOS设备已更新至8.0.61及以上版本的部分机型支持，其他设备暂未开放。
当用户左滑删除单个好友或群聊天记录时，系统会检测到该操作可能导致误删，从而弹出提示让用户在5秒内撤销删除。
据了解，在误删撤销功能上线之前，若用户没有通过电脑备份或迁移过记录，则无法直接恢复。
腾讯建议用户尝试以下方法：
打开微信点击【我】->【设置】->【帮助与反馈】->右上角【扳手】图标->选择【修复聊天记录】尝试恢复。
若修复失败，则说明记录已无法找回。
腾讯还提醒，务必定期通过电脑微信的迁移与备份功能备份重要数据，避免再次丢失，请勿相信第三方恢复软件，谨防受骗。
