Suratwwala Royyal Hills Properties, a subsidiary of Suratwwala Business Group (NSE:SBGLP, BOM:543218), has received an environmental clearance certificate for the construction of the residential housing project Californiaa West in Pune, India, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The environmental clearance has been issued by the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority in Maharashtra.
The total cost of the project is estimated at 3.35 billion Indian rupees.
