7月11日晚间，全球智能影像龙头企业影石创新（688775）公告披露美国337调查进展，美国运动相机公司GoPro指控的五项专利初裁均不构成侵权或裁定无效，指控的一项外观专利也经由规避方案获得通过，“本次337调查对公司目前的生产、经营不会造成实质性影响”。同时，影石创新对美国运动相机公司GoPro在中国境内的相关主体提起了专利侵权诉讼。
公告称，本次337调查牵涉六项美国知识产权，分别涉及防抖算法、纵横比转换、水平校正、畸变校正以及运动相机外观专利等相关技术。美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）裁定，针对GoPro指控的六项专利侵权争议，其中五项不构成侵权或裁定GoPro专利权利要求无效，认定影石创新未违反《美国1930年关税法》337条款。剩余一项外观专利侵权争议，影石创新就所涉及的部分产品提出的新外观设计方案均已获得 ITC 确认，不构成侵权。
