财政部将于今天（16日）在澳门发行60亿元人民币国债，此次发行是中央政府连续第四年在澳门发行人民币国债，也是香港、澳门债券市场基础设施联通后发行的首笔澳门人民币国债。
业内人士认为，中央政府在澳门发行人民币国债规模创历史新高，发行期限结构进一步优化，有利于完善常态化发行机制，对支持澳门债券市场基础设施建设，提高国际市场吸引力具有积极意义，彰显了中央政府对澳门加快培育债券市场、推动经济适度多元的持续支持。
