7月14日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对贵州交通建设集团有限公司及“22贵州交通MTN003”、“22贵州交通MTN004”、“22贵州交通MTN005”、“23贵州交通MTN001”、“23贵州交通MTN003”、“23贵州交通MTN004”、“23贵州交通MTN005”、“24贵州交通MTN001”、“24贵州交通MTN002”、“25贵州交通MTN001”、“25贵州交通MTN002”和“25贵州交通MTN003”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持贵州交通建设集团有限公司主体信用等级为AAA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持相关债项的信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，贵州交通建设集团有限公司主要从事贵州省内交通基础设施项目的投融资、建设及经营管理，实际控制人为贵州省国资委。
评级报告认为，贵州交建是贵州省主要的交通基础设施项目投资建设及运营主体，在省内公路施工领域保持很强的市场地位，2024年新签合同额大幅增长，期末公路工程业务在手合同额充足，高速公路运营里程稳定、运营收入持续增长；另一方面，受建筑施工业务结算规模下降，公司营业收入、净利润均有所下降，利息持续对利润形成较大侵蚀，投资类项目资本支出压力较大，有息债务规模持续增长，债务负担有所加重，资产受限比例较高。
