格隆汇7月14日｜据新浪，特斯拉公司副总裁陶琳在网络社交平台再谈特斯拉刹车门事件。陶琳表示，“那年的上海车展我们邀请了车主志愿者帮忙讲车，媒体日那天他们进不来，不在现场。铺天盖地的新闻发生后我们以为后面几天车主们不会来了，结果第二天他们全都到了，还特别说，‘就是为了这个事，我们必须要站出来，帮你们解释这台车有多好。’无法形容那种感动！”陶琳表示，特斯拉走到今天，靠的是几百万车主们的支持，“我们可能有些地方还不能让车主们100%满意，但是会用100%的努力不辜负大家的信任。坚持做正确的事情，剩下的交给时间。”据悉，法院作出二审判决，维持原判。上海车展站上特斯拉车顶的河南张女士被认定侵犯特斯拉名誉权，应向特斯拉赔礼道歉并赔偿17万元。同时，组织策划特斯拉上海车展事件的媒体人封某，向特斯拉道歉并赔偿25万元。至此，历经4年多，长达1500多天的特斯拉刹车门事件终于结束。还有另一起一审判决结果显示，某新能源车企CEO对此类事件以监督之名，行诋毁之实，发表不当言论，被判败诉，需向特斯拉道歉并赔偿。
