中国生物制药发布公告称，将以约5亿美元的总价收购上海礼新医药95.09%股权，加上此前参与礼新C轮融资时已取得的4.91%股权，交易完成后，礼新医药将成为中国生物制药全资子公司。有市场传言称，此前礼新与默沙东就PD-1/VEGF双特异性抗体LM-299达成的授权协议疑遭“退货”。对此，中国生物制药回应称，礼新与默沙东的合作根据许可协议在正常有序地推进中。“目前我们正在推进技术转移，根据交易合同约定，完成技术转移后，礼新将收到3亿美金的技术转移的里程碑付款，根据默沙东此前新闻稿披露，预计此项技术转移将在2025年内完成。” 中国生物制药表示。
