近期，Meta CEO扎克伯格在硅谷掀起了一场没有硝烟的抢人大战。这也标志着人工智能竞赛从拼算力、拼模型，现在进入到了一个新阶段：拼人才。据多家媒体透露，扎克伯格为部分关键岗位的顶尖AI人才，开出了高达1亿美元的薪酬。 

近期，扎克伯格在公司内部成立了一个名为“Meta超级智能实验室”的部门，在给员工的内部信中，他写道，人工智能的发展速度正在不断加快，开发超级智能已被提上日程。他相信，这将开启人类的新时代，而他会全力以赴，确保Meta处于领先地位。为此，他做的第一步就是花重金挖人。据悉，扎克伯格已经密集地从苹果、OpenAI、Anthropic等竞争对手公司挖人，通过高薪来吸引顶尖的AI研究员和工程师。

根据《金融时报》的报道，目前行业里资深AI研究科学家的年薪在大约300万美元到700万美元，与2022年相比，总体涨幅达到了大约50%。
