特朗普政府以墨西哥存在反竞争行为为由，针对达美航空与墨西哥航空集团订立的运价协议提出警示，拟撤销双方享受的反垄断豁免权。这已是美国四个月以来第三次升级对墨施压力度。

　　据美国交通部长周六发布的行政令，墨西哥航空公司现需向美国监管机构提交航班时刻表，包机业务超过一定规模也须事先获得批准。另一份“陈述理由令”则剑指达美航空与墨航的合资公司，指其不再符合“公共福祉”，提议取消其反垄断豁免。

　　“谨以此举告诫所有企图占美国便宜的国家，”他在声明中特别强调。不过声明同时表示，达美与墨航仍可通过保持距离的独立运营维系合作。
