Rexel SA has provided a biannual update on its liquidity agreement with NATIXIS ODDO BHF as of June 30, 2025. The liquidity account currently holds 163,986 Rexel shares and €16,816,936. Since the agreement's implementation, the account saw a reduction from 626,370 Rexel shares but a significant increase in cash from €8,211,229. Between January 1st and June 30, 2025, a total of 7,163 purchase transactions and 7,795 sale transactions were executed, involving volumes of 3,616,873 shares purchased for €90,484,529 and 3,778,193 shares sold for €95,593,527.
