UOL Subsidiary Issues SG$75 million Worth of Bonds; Shares Up Under 1%

UOL Group's (SGX:U14) subsidiary, UOL Treasury Services, issued SG$75 million worth of 2.78% bonds due 2032, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up under 1% in recent trading.
The bonds will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing SG$225 million 2.78% bonds. The bonds were issued as the second tranche of the fifth series of bonds under SG$2 billion multicurrency medium term bond program.
CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch has been appointed as the sole dealer of the bonds, which are expected to be listed on July 17.
