智通财经APP讯，霸王集团(01338)发布公告，集团预计截至2025年6月30日为止6个月将取得约人民币490万元区间的净亏损，而2024年同期则取得约人民币120万元净利润。
尽管与2024年上半年相比，集团营业额在2025年上半年增长了约11%，但集团预期2025年上半年取得净亏损的主要原因为：(1)一种关键原材料价格出现了显著增长，导致毛利率略有下降;(2)为了拉动销售增长，集团销售及分销成本费用取得显著上升，其中包括在2025年上半年进行的店铺陈列布置和激励计划。
