此项策略性协议旨在推动 HDSI 的产品与解决方案于亚洲地区的拓展，包括中国、新加坡、中国台湾、越南、泰国、马来西亚及其他重要市场。双方合作将聚焦于推广 HDSI 业界领先的谐波齿轮减速机、行星齿轮组及机电整合产品线，并在半导体制造设备、医疗器材及人工智能机器人等领域加强布局。双方将积极开拓区域内新商机，目标于 2030 财政年度前实现超过 20 亿日圆的销售成长。
HDSI 将为 SD 提供技术培训与销售支援，以确保高价值的客户互动;同时，SD 将负责客户服务，并发挥其系统工程专长与泛亚洲销售网络，为此合作伙伴关系作出贡献。
