智通财经APP讯，中国新经济投资(00080)及要约人LONGLING CAPITAL LTD联合公布，要约人已于2025年7月8日完成收购公司约50.71%权益，每股销售股份为0.106港元，现金总额为约7093.24万港元。
因此，要约人须根据收购守则规则26.1就所有已发行股份(不包括要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意将予收购者)作出强制性无条件现金要约及就注销所有尚未行使购股权(不包括要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意将予收购者)提出合适的要约。每股要约股份现金0.106港元，较股份于2025年7月4日(即最后交易日)在联交所所报收市价每股0.089港元溢价约19.10%。
此外，公司已申请股份自2025年7月18日上午九时正起于联交所恢复买卖。
据悉，要约人主要于中国及其他国家从事资本投资业务。蔡文胜先生为要约人的主席及唯一董事。彼为中国互联网和科技行业的企业家和着名投资者。蔡先生为中国证券投资基金业协会早期投资专委会联席主席及天使联合汇荣誉主席。
