智通财经APP讯，云工场(02512)发布公告，于2025年7月18日，(i)公司与认购方A订立认购协议A，据此，公司同意(根据一般授权)发行，而认购方A同意按认购价每股股份4.98港元认购合共2627.7万股认购股份;及(ii)公司与认购方B订立认购协议B，据此，公司同意(根据一般授权)发行，而认购方B同意按认购价每股股份4.98港元认购合共1970.8万股认购股份。
认购价较股份于2025年7月18日(即认购协议日期)所报的收市价每股5.00港元折让约0.40%。
认购事项的所得款项净额将为2.28亿港元，每股认购股份的净价格约为4.96港元。
