July 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Thursday:

** Canada's Alimentation Couche-Tard <ATD.TO> pulled its $46 billion bid to buy Seven & i Holdings <3382.T>, saying the retailer refused to engage constructively on the deal, which would have been Japan's largest ever foreign buyout.

** Swedish streaming group Viaplay Group <VPLAYb.ST> said it had agreed to buy the remaining 50% stake in Allente Group from Norway's Telenor <TEL.OL> for 1.1 billion Swedish crowns ($113 million).
