智通财经APP讯，金宝通(00320)发布公告，该公司于2025年6月30日获告知，为传承计划及家族理财，公司控股股东及荣誉主席欧阳和先生将(i)Solar Power Group Limited(Solar Power，一间于英属处女群岛注册成立的公司，直接持有公司3.525亿股股份)的全部股权;及(ii)其直接持有公司102.3万股股份(统称目标股份)转让予其子欧阳伯康先生，名义代价为1.0美元。目标股份占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约41.9%。欧阳伯康先生担任公司执行董事、董事会主席兼行政总裁。
于股份转让完成后，欧阳和先生不再为 Solar Power及公司的法定及实益拥有人，而欧阳伯康先生于公司的权益由606.85万股公司股份(占公司已发行股本总额约0.7%)增加至合共3.63亿股公司股份(占公司已发行股本总额约 43.0%)。
