　　加幂科技发布公告，于2025年7月14日，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多2737.2万股配售股份，每股配售股份2.0港元，较当日收市价每股2.34港元折让约14.5%。

　　待完成后，预期配售股份最高净筹约5440万港元。约35%用于进一步发展集团与Web3.0有关的业务；约20%用于投资于与稳定币及其他Web3.0产品有关的应用程式及╱或项目开发；约12%用于持续提升研发能力；及约33%用于集团的一般营运资金用途。
