智通财经APP讯，江中药业(600750.SH)公告，公司拟与普通合伙人华润医药(成都)企业管理合伙企业(有限合伙)(暂定名)及华润医药投资有限公司、华润博雅生物制药集团股份有限公司、东阿阿胶股份有限公司、华润双鹤药业股份有限公司、成都润药产业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(暂定名)等10家有限合伙人共同设立华润医药(成都)创新投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(暂定名)。该基金规模为10亿元，深圳市华润资本股权投资有限公司为该基金管理人。公司作为有限合伙人，以自有资金认缴出资总额4000万元，持有该基金4%的财产份额。
该基金将主要对医药行业领域相关企业进行适用法律及经营范围所允许的股权投资以及以实现股权投资为目的的可转债投资(可转债投资金额不得超过基金实缴规模20%)等，以实现资本收益。
