智通财经APP获悉，为亚太地区企业提供物联网解决方案与服务的美华创富(MGRT.US)于美东时间7月16日进行美股首次公开募股(IPO)，通过以4美元发行380万股股票，总计筹集1500万美元资金。此次定价位于4至5美元发行区间的下限。上市首日收跌4.75%至3.81美元。
美华创富总部位于中国香港，通过其运营子公司QBS System Limited(QBS System)，专注于为多个行业提供全方位物联网解决方案及服务，以成为亚太地区企业及项目的首选物联网解决方案提供商为愿景。其业务服务组合包括物联网集成解决方案服务、物联网维护与支持服务、业务流程外包(BPO)服务以及贸易销售。
美华创富于纳斯达克上市，股票代码为MGRT。D. Boral Capital担任此次交易的独家账簿管理人。
