智通财经APP获悉，总部位于中国香港的玩具制造商KTech Solutions(KMRK.US)以每股4美元的价格发行了160万股股票，筹集了600万美元。此次定价位于4至5美元发行价区间的下限，发行的股票数量比预期少了40万股。KTech Solutions于7月16日(周三)登陆纳斯达克，上市首日收涨23.75%。
KTech主要从事各类玩具产品的设计、开发、测试及销售工作，其产品涵盖范围广泛，从简单的塑料玩具到更为复杂的机电玩具。该公司专注于开发适合婴幼儿和学龄前儿童的教育玩具和学习套装，客户主要分布在欧洲和北美地区。
