智通财经APP讯，华电国际电力股份(01071)发布公告，陈斌先生因个人工作调动原因，已提出辞任公司第十届董事会副董事长、执行董事及提名委员会委员职务。
董事会已于2025年7月17日举行的第十届董事会第二十三次会议上审议并一致同意于股东大会上提呈一项普通决议案以审议及批准建议选举李泉城先生为公司第十届董事会执行董事，任期自该股东大会结束时起至第十届董事会任期届满之日止，届时可重选连任。同时，李先生已获委任为公司总经理，任期自董事会会议结束时起至第十届董事会任期届满之日止。
