比推消息，据财新报道，被视为马云好友的钱峰雷与旗下实控的恒峰国际等多家公司，涉嫌在⾹港向公众销售多项未经⾹港证监会认可的集体投资计划，上万⼈已遭受财物损失，部分⼈⼠在内地公安机关报案，受害者希望⾹港证监会主动介⼊调查。财新调查发现，⼤批中国内地⼈⼠参与，其中⼀个销售⼤群的⼈数超过 12 万⼈。据曹国伟、蔡文胜、曾梵志、李林、沈国军、郁国祥、林家礼、吴光明等也是该项目投资方。
