7月16日金融一线消息，中国人民银行河南省分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司新密市东大街营业所因违反人民币流通管理规定，受到警告并被罚款5000元。中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司巩义市新兴路营业所因违反人民币流通管理规定，受到警告并被罚款6200元。
